Working theory:
Through unltrasonic heating principle, picking up rhinestones by Pneumatic control method. At the smae time move the material accordingly by hand after the red light locate, then the machine will fix rhinestones on the material quickly. Working speed can reach 220-260pcs rhinestones per minute, and will not fall off after being cleaned by water.
Characters:
1)Adopting ultrasound, this machine is able to hot fix the rhinestone in purpose materials immediately, such as Denim,Cotton,Jeans,Hemp fabric,Woolen,Synthetic Fiber,Silk,Knitwear,Synthetic Leather,Velvet etc. Especially suitable for the material that can't resist high temperature and easy to deform and discolor.
2) Main components specially imported from other countries, such as two five-way solenoid valve uses from south Korean, two two-way adopt Japan CKD, assuring superior quality and reliable usage.
3) Infrared positioning, precisely hot fix the rhinestone's position and very strong sticking effect
4) Five different size of suction nozzle: 10# 12# 16# 20# 30#
5) Able to work continuously 24 hours, high working efficiency.

Our wooden case is very strong,it can bear long time shipping on the sea.
